At the beginning of JobQ, I put my emphasis on thinking that it is compatible with SNS and viral. However, when I opened the lid, it was a good compatibility with the search.

I do not mean I will continue to use my career change service. So even if you get notified when you are not thinking about changing jobs you will not be accessed. So I switched to a design that considers search inflows as it would be better to have the necessary one be able to access it when needed.

 

At the beginning we talked about "individual specific questions". Of course this can answer personalized questions. And the more content you collect, the more content you search for. JobQ steadily increases the question and answer to the steady, and now it is becoming more frequent to display in search results such as "company name> corporate culture" and "industry type inexperience", for example.

 

JobQ is a service for you

When asked Mr. Odani how he tried to develop JobQ, he said, "JobQ is a service for myself" in the first place.

Mr. Kotani was in charge of corporate sales originally in his previous job. However, I lost my physical condition and took a rest for a while. In the meantime, I learned programming, and that was also to reinstate as an engineer.

Suddenly I worked as an engineer, I did not know either the right or the left, so I consulted with various people. Of course the opinion of the engineer is helpful. I was happy because some people happened to have a chance to consult nearby, but there were cases where there was no consultation partner, and I felt it might have been more comfortable if I could listen on the net.

Mr. Kotani who reinstated was active as an engineer. However, in addition to being aiming for entrepreneurship in the beginning, in addition to having engineering skills, he retired from the company and founded Libo. I launched JobQ.

 

From search to one-step service
