Gozal is a tool for labor management, but I would like to be a tool to make a company better.

Well, with Gozal, anyone can easily do labor. Let's say you are going to hire an employee as a new employee joins the company. In this case, a task management scenario emerges when an employee enters the company, and if it can do card type tasks more and more, you can complete the employment procedure.

Mr. Takaya, who was the CEO of BEC, originally worked for an audit corporation to learn management. Someday I thought that I wanted to start a business, but it seems that there was not an idea of ​​entrepreneurs at that time. Takaya lived in a share house where aspiring entrepreneurs gathered at the time, and when I was thinking about ideas for vidicon, I observed the entrepreneurs (aspirations) around me.

I was living together with about 10 studying entrepreneurs. They are obviously passionate about making services, but they are not familiar with the back office. However, if you are asking experts from one end, it will cost you several million yen. If that was the case, I came up with crowdsourcing of masters who will be the prototype of Gozal.

 

Takaya, who attracted this idea and participated in the vidicon, won the brilliant victory. It seems that there was no plan to quit the company at the time of participation and it was said at the celebration party "I will make a contribution if I really do", the next day I will give out a retirement notification and I started my business in 3 months is.

To be honest, Vidicon has applied for the purpose of power test, but as a result I got a champion and recommended entrepreneurship. I thought that younger entrepreneurship is better, so I decided to make a full swing of the ball I came and actually started my business.
