In college I majored in architecture and worked in a structural design office and a real estate fund. If it is a design office, we talk about stories and concepts, but I do not talk much about money. After completing graduate school, Kito belongs to Merrill Lynch, Boston consulting group. I arrived at the idea that it would be nice to combine funds with successful use of individual money and founded cloud realty.

Also, when Japanese companies try to finance, fund procurement from overseas is not easy in existing capital markets, it is very difficult to collect funds. It seems that I wanted to challenge to replace the traditional market by using this technology well by using new technology, it seems that it was the reason for our foundation.
