When I took the questionnaire, there was no one who wanted to have a brand bag until borrowed. But when I deployed the service, a good number of people used it. The real voice of the user did not appear in the questionnaire.

This phenomenon seems to happen overseas as well, although it is negative in the questionnaire, it seems that there is constant demand when listening to potential users. On the contrary, I was convinced that in the area where the same phenomenon as Japan happens it surely succeeds.

Mr. Yang works 16 Lab is a company where multinational personnel gather. The Japanese are only president, there are many people who can not speak Japanese. I think management seems to be tough, but how is the actual situation?

Certainly members are multinational and have different cultural backgrounds. But even if you are not from the same place, you can always be friends with the same people

Mr. Yang originally worked as a government-affiliated organization, and now 16 Lab is also a venture company gathering distinctive and excellent members from many countries. It seems like an ordinary story but the weight was different
